Epworth Sleepiness Scale


How likely are you to doze or fall asleep in the following 8 situations, in contrast to feeling tired? This refers to your usual way of like in recent times. Even if you have not done some of these things recently try to work out how they would have affected you. For each situation, enter (from 0-3) the most appropriate response for each situation. Upon finishing, click on "Calculate Score" and your results will be presented. If your score is 10 or above, you should notify your doctor, or give us a call about having a sleep consultation done.

0 = No chance of dozing

1 = Slight chance of dozing

2 = Moderate chance of dozing

3 = High chance of dozing
