SLEEP WELL TIPS

There are many lifestyle changes you can make to help improve your quality of sleep. These changes are not a replacement for any prescribed treatment - such as CPAP therapy or medication management - but rather complementary to help you achieve a good night's sleep and maintain optimal health. They include:
  • Go to sleep & wake up at the same time every day
  • Avoid nicotine, alcohol & caffeine at night
  • Avoid eating or drinking before bedtime
  • Incorporate healthier foods into your diet
  • Eliminate food allergies
  • Choose a comfortable mattress & pillow
  • Don't leave the TV or radio on while sleeping
  • Exercise regularly
  • Resolve emotional issues
